Homeowner Exemption for Long-Term Properties – can assist homeowners of 10 years or more when your assessed property value increase exceeds 32.1%.

Home Improvement Exemptions – homeowners can increase the value of their home with up to $45,000 worth of improvements without increasing their property taxes for at least four years.
